In an online survey conducted by a travel agency in Japan, the Gaomei Wetland Preservation Area in Qingshui District, Taichung, made the top of the list and was described as “a tidal flat where visitors can catch the sea breeze and watch the beautiful sunset against a backdrop of windmills.”
